Meteorological Evaluation Services (MES) provides air quality
and meteorological consulting services to utilities, industries,
businesses, government agencies, municipalities,
insurance firms, and attorneys nationwide. MES teams with engineering organizations and other
environmental firms in joint undertakings. Our specialties are
developing environmental information for our clients to enable
them to obtain air permits and to fulfill legal and regulatory
requirements in the most timely and cost-efficient manner as
well as solving air pollution, meteorological, and climatological questions.
MES is staffed with
Certified Consulting Meteorologists, air pollution meteorologists, air quality,
and computer specialists with extensive experience in
the collection, organization, and effective presentation of weather and air
quality information on behalf of clients in more than 25 states.
We bring to each client our experience
and knowledge of the changing Federal, state and local regulatory requirements,
and provide the technical and negotiation skills needed to smooth the path to
regulatory approval, on schedule.
Our forensic meteorologists
provide analysis, expert opinions, and accident reconstruction from historical
weather data for all weather-related liability and
property claims in which weather was a critical factor. In the retail sector, our
meteorologists use past weather data and applied climatology to derive critical
intelligence for operational and strategic planning.
